1. You are a member/distributor of the company, and not an employee of Vera Bright Venture.
2. You must pay all the required taxes on any income you earn as a Member/Distributor, unless you qualify or have secured with taxing authority (BIR) for INCOME TAX EXEMPT STATUS. Moreover, unless you submit a sales tax exemption certificate to Vera Bright Venture, the company must include appropriate sales tax on all product purchases.
3. You are free to participate in other multilevel marketing ventures, but you may not sell or promote to other member/distributor of Vera Bright Venture or preferred costumers similar or direct competitive products or services or any other multilevel marketing opportunity.
4. You shall refrain from lending/barrowing products from the company, centers operators, and leaders. If the leaders or centers operators lend a product to a fellow distributor, the company will never be liable in any way for it is considered a personal transaction between parties and not by the company.
5. Vera Bright Venture Downline Genealogy Reports are confidential and proprietary business trade secrets. You may not use the reports for any purpose other than to develop your network business. Specifically, you must not disclose any information contained in the reports to a third party or use the reports to compete with the company, or to recruit or solicit other distributor or preferred customers to participate in other multilevel marketing ventures.
6. Vera Bright Venture failure to exercise any rights as set forth in this agreement or to insist on your compliance with the terms and conditions of this provisions. The policies and procedures do not constitute a waiver of Vera Bright Venture rights to require compliance therewith. Waiver of any terms and conditions of this agreement or provision on the policies and procedures must be in writing and signed by an authorized officer of company.
7. Vera Bright Venture reserves the rights to cancel any Membership/Distributorship at any time for any cause if the Member/Distributor violates the terms and conditions of this Agreement or the provision of the policies and procedures and the company’s and its compensation plan.
8. Vera Bright Venture reserves the right to revise and amend the policies and procedures and its Compensation Plan as deemed necessary to strengthen or secure the company’s operation.
9. By signing this agreement, I consent to allow Vera Bright Venture to contact me by means of electronic mail, text messages (mms), postal and telephone communication to discuss my distributorship. I may withdraw may consent at any time in writing to Vera Bright Venture.
